Sarah Coker: Sarah
returned to Bradenton in June of 2006 after living out of the state 7 years doing an internship with Teen Mania, attending
Lee University, and working 2 years in a program for delinquent teenage boys. She had been a part of John and Michelle’s
ministry from age 11 until the time of her graduation, and began to get involved again upon returning. After personally
assisting Michelle for 7 months, she transitioned out of her job into full time service with the Front in July of 2008.
She currently does all office and administrative work for the Front as part of the Administration Ministry, as well as helping
to head up the Regional & Statewide Unity umbrella.

Bobby Macdonald: Bobby has been working with John and Michelle
for the past 9 years. In this time, his goal has simply been to serve in whatever capacity has been needed, whether that is
playing on the worship team or simply house-sitting for the family. Currently, Bobby is part of the Administration of the
Front, serving as the Building Supervisor and Administrative Assistant to John Skorski.

Carrie Moran: Carrie
is originally from the New England area, and moved to Florida in 2000 with her family. In 2003 she did a one year internship

There she helped with their children's department doing Side-Walk Sunday School. Carrie first got connected with
the Front in October of 2008 and joined the leadership team in April of 2009. Carrie is now involved with the Outreach
Ministry and is looking to bring the Kingdom of God to the streets in Bradenton, particularly in the area of evangelism and
prayer walking.

Joseph Giuffrida: After receiving a passion for the things of God at a young age,
the doors finally opened at the end of 2004 to pursue full-time ministry in Miami Beach, Florida. While working with an evangelistic
ministry, and attending Bible school, Joe was able to help build a local community of believers in one of the country's
most notorious "sin cities" - South Beach. After graduating from school, he traveled the US helping to conduct
revivals as well as evangelism trainings. In 2008, he worked full time at a local church in Pennsylvania for a year and half,
pastoring and equipping the believers there. His passion is to see the Body of Christ built up and equipped for service
in God's Kingdom. He was sent out from Pennsylvania to Florida to work with the Front. Joe is currently assisting
with the Administration of the ministry.

He also assists Justin in the Finance department.

Rachel Anne Belt: Rachel's first encounter with the Lord when she was 4, and
was when she began walking with the Holy Spirit. She served in children’s and youth ministry throughout her earlier
years. Upon turning 18, she traveled to Kansas City to be a part of the six-month internship at the International House of
Prayer. After this period of time, she returned to Florida to work with The Front. In 2007, she was asked to join the
leadership team, under John and Michelle Skorski. Rachel's greatest desire is to see Jesus receive the full reward
of His sufferings, and to see His bride spotless, fully devoted to Her Beloved. She is currently leading the Prophetic
Arts ministry.

Kristen Pearson: Kristen "The Yankee" is 25 years old. She has been a part of The Front for 6 years, and spent the
fall of 2008 traveling the U.S.A. with YWAM (Youth with a Mission) and eventually ended up in New Zealand preaching in public
schools! This birthed a desire in her to be a full time missionary reaching out to children and babies! In the spring of 2010
this desire will become reality as she moves to China to be part of a foster program for special needs children. At the front,
she is in the process of launching a justice shop. Supporting the needs from overseas by purchasing their wares, while supporting
our missionaries overseas with the revenue from the sales. In addition, if you ever join us online for our webcast, you will
speak to her in the chat room on Monday nights.

campuses in Bradenton/Sarasota, mission fields given him by the Lord. He is currently a senior at the University of
South Florida majoring in Accounting and Management. On campus, Jeremiah is involved in a club known as Inter Varsity Christian

Haiti, Romania and Hungary. Jessica is going to college to become a nurse with the goal to eventually set out into medical-missions.
She is decidedly pro-life and has a heart for single and teen moms. Jessica's desire is to see the end of abortion,
ultimately as the Body of Christ rises up to stand for justice.

Justin Bowman: Justin
has been serving alongside of John and Michelle Skorski and the Front for 2 1/2 years. He assists John Skorski and Isaac Gutierrez
in the Worship Ministry and helps with the administration of the worship team. To Justin, worship is not solely the playing
of music, “For everything we do is to be worship unto the Father.” His passion is to lead people into the throne
room of God through the avenue of music, as well as to see people have an encounter with the Lord and walk away changed forever.
Justin desires to build strong, healthy worship teams that have a sense of tight-knit community, as well as to lead with excellence
for the purpose of exalting the name of the Lord, and bringing people closer to Him. Justin also serves as part overseer in
the Finance department of the Front.

Leslie Byle: Leslie was raised in a Christian home but had never had an encounter
with Jesus until 2007. Through the work of the Holy Spirit, she became born again, and received a burden to pray for Body
of Christ, as well as for the mission field in other nations. Her current mission work is on the streets of Bradenton,
where she leads the Homeless Ministry, which meets every Friday.

CJ Hunnicut: C.J. is a living testimony of the grace of God. Raised by his
mother after his father left the family, C.J. began smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol in the 4th grade. During
the 6th grade, he joined a gang. About 8 years later, he found himself strung out on heroin in his closet, praying this
prayer, “God if you are who these people say you are, then you can save me from this.” Afterwards, he was
arrested and faced 30 years in jail; however, God had other plans for his life, and C.J. would be released within a year.
While in his cell, he describes having a born-again experience that would set the course of his life. C.J.'s main
calling is to reach the lost through the Prison Ministry, specifically juvenile prison. With Isaiah 61:1-3 becoming
his “life verse,” he has set out on a mission to set captives free, give comfort to those who mourn, and raise
up others who will do the same.
